As an employer, I've had the privilege of interviewing countless candidates over the years, each interview offering a unique window into the world of job-seeking. While I've had the pleasure of meeting many exceptional individuals, I've also observed a concerning trend among the younger generation. It's become apparent that some young job seekers often appear unprepared, lacking essential soft skills, and uninformed about potential employers. Today, I'd like to shed light on this issue and offer some constructive tips on how to improve and stand out in today's competitive job market.
